Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the forms on it, operated by Overture Air Quality ("Overture," "we," "us"). By using the site, submitting a form, or checking the "I agree to the terms & conditions" box, you agree to these terms and to our collection and use of information as described in Section 6. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a form.
The free IAQ Room Sensor offer
- The free Room Sensor offer is limited to one (1) Room Sensor per household or business, while supplies last.
- The offer is available for shipping addresses in the United States and Canada.
- The offer has no cash value, may not be resold, and may be modified or ended by Overture at any time without notice.
- A valid shipping address and contact information are required for fulfillment.
Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use automated means to scrape or harvest content or personal information from the site.
Content, product information, and intellectual property
Site content (text, images, videos, logos, and documents) belongs to Overture or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Product specifications, availability, and performance information may change without notice. Content on this site is provided for general information about indoor air quality and Overture products; it is not engineering, medical, or professional advice for any specific building or condition.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overture disclaims all warranties regarding the site itself, and Overture's total liability arising from use of the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100 USD). Nothing in these terms limits or changes the warranty that ships with an Overture product, and nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable law that cannot be waived.
Privacy and information we collect
When you use the site or submit a form, we may collect: information you provide directly (name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and the contents of your inquiry); and technical information collected automatically (internet connection, browser and device details, and usage information, including through cookies).
We use this information to fulfill your requests (including shipping a free Room Sensor), respond to inquiries, provide and improve our products and services, and, where you have opted in, send you information about Overture products. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site and fulfill requests (for example, shipping carriers), with our corporate affiliates, and as required to comply with law or enforce these terms.
The site is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.
