Overture® monitors your indoor spaces for CO2, PM2.5, TVOC, relative humidity, and temperature. When a reading crosses your threshold, Overture takes an action: it can turn on a bath fan, switch an ERV to boost mode, turn on a range hood, run a dehumidifier, start a make-up air fan, or run the forced-air blower to circulate and filter air.

Have a project where IAQ monitoring could make an impact?
Here is some of the work we have done:
- Monitoring PHIUS buildings to confirm adequate ventilation
- Monitoring multifamily complexes for high dew points
- Monitoring schools for CO2 levels, PM levels, and ventilation
- Monitoring indoor cannabis farms for IAQ conditions
- Monitoring manufacturing spaces for healthy air
- Vape detection in school bathrooms
- Automating exhaust fans to maintain ventilation
Have a project? We want to help. We bring the hardware, the IAQ knowledge, and the will to make it happen. Reach out and tell us about it.
