Overture does two things no other IAQ sensor does at once: it monitors the air (CO2, PM2.5, TVOC, humidity, temperature) and it automates an action when a reading moves out of range. It can turn on a bath fan, push an ERV to boost mode, turn on a range hood, start a dehumidifier, or run the forced-air blower to circulate and filter air. With the integrations on this page, those actions run from the same system that already controls your home.

The Overture app runs roughly 1 to 10 locations; the web-based interface scales to roughly 50 to 500.
