Overture, LLC (“Overture,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and how to reach us about it. It applies to the website only. Information handled inside the Overture app and the Overture web console is covered by the terms you accept in those products.
Information you give us. When you request a free Room Sensor, ask for a quote, or contact us, we collect the information in the form: your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and whatever you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the page that sent you here, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics by way of Google Tag Manager.
We do not collect payment card information on this website.
We use the information you give us to ship the hardware you asked for, to answer your question, to provide and improve our products, and, where you have opted in, to send you news about Overture. We use the automatic information to keep the site working, to understand which pages people find useful, and to protect the site from abuse.
We share information with service providers who do work on our behalf, such as shipping carriers, our website host, and our email and analytics providers. We share it with our corporate affiliates. We disclose it where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to enforce our terms or protect someone's safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The site uses cookies to remember your preferences and to measure traffic. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or delete the ones already stored. Blocking cookies may keep parts of the site from working.
We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to fulfill your request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then we delete it.
The site is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we hold information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights over your personal information. We honor those requests through the same contact address.
