From Air Data to Air Control: four simple modules.

Overture® measures the room and runs the equipment. Four simple modules connect to the ventilation you already have. The Room Sensors track your air in real time (CO2, PM2.5, TVOC, relative humidity, and temperature), and when a level moves in the wrong direction, Overture takes an action: it turns on a bath fan, boosts an ERV, turns on a range hood, runs a dehumidifier or a make-up air fan, or runs the forced-air blower to circulate and filter the air. No external hub and no extra equipment needed. Healthy Air, Automatically.

Indoor air pollution affects every room you live in, and it can have a real impact on your health. Living rooms, dining areas, and home offices are no exception. The Overture Hardwired Room Sensor tracks the air in any room and feeds that data to the Overture system so it can take action. The sensor measures the conditions that drive poor indoor air quality: CO2, PM2.5 (small particles such as dust, dander, and pollen), TVOC, relative humidity, and temperature. It is sleek and inconspicuous, not bulky, and installs in any room thanks to its compact size and standard two-gang electrical box compatibility.

Overture Smart Plug | Model BIAQSP100P

The Overture Smart Plug turns on your home's fresh-air system when any Overture Room Sensor in the home detects a rise in indoor air pollution.

  • Plugged into any 120 V electrical outlet. Has ports to connect 24 V dry-contact low-voltage wires to your home's air handler for seamless integration.
  • The 24 V dry contact turns on the home's fresh-air system to bring in fresh air.
  • Color LED lights flash to show when the system is engaged.

Overture Wall Control | Model BIAQWC100P

The Overture Wall Control senses temperature, relative humidity and TVOC on its own, and connects to your ventilation fan or range hood in place of a standard wall switch, in rooms like the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Pair it with a Room Sensor in the same room and it also acts on carbon dioxide and fine particles. When the readings call for it, the Wall Control turns on the connected fan or range hood until the air recovers. It also works as a standard wall control, so you can turn the fan off and on by hand any time.

  • Works with exhaust fans without lights and exhaust fans with lights.
  • Works with most brands of bath fans, ventilation fans, and ADA-compliant range hoods.
  • LED indicators (green, yellow, red) show indoor air quality at a glance.
  • Recommended for use with an electrical box of 18 cubic inches (295 cm³) or larger.
