Overture uses Broan NuTone sensors to detect key substances that indicate poor air quality or the presence of pollutants caused by things like vaping and smoking. The integrated design lets you cover larger spaces with fewer sensors and reduce the likelihood occupants can tamper with your sensor. Once the sensors are installed, we help you calibrate them to reduce false alarms and to set up your online dashboard. After that your system is ready to use!

Humidity is one of the earliest signs of mold risk—mold can begin growing within 24–48 hours when levels stay above 60%. Overture monitors humidity in real time to help prevent costly damage and protect your investment. With wide coverage and a tamper-resistant design, fewer sensors are needed.
